1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Jungle Tech Corporation (“JungleT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, software, and VR applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using JungleT, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

  • Accuracy: you must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, software, VR assets, logos, and trademarks provided through our services are the exclusive property of Jungle Tech Corporation or its licensors.

  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose.

  • Prohibitions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary software.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use JungleT services to:

  • Violate any local, state, or international laws.

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users within our VR or digital environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Tech Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or hardware damage) arising out of your use of our services. Our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available."

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.

8. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

  • Program Description: JungleT offers an informational SMS program. By providing your phone number and requesting information during a call, you consent to receive informational text messages.

  • Consent: Messages are sent only upon your explicit request. JungleT does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

  • Support: Text HELP or contact support@junglet.com for assistance.

  • Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
