  • 1. Purpose and Framework Alignment

  • Jungle Tech Corporation (“Jungle Tech”) is committed to the development of trustworthy, safe, and transparent Artificial Intelligence. We formally represent that our AI Systems are developed in alignment with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) to identify, assess, and manage risks related to individuals, organizations, and society.

  • 2. Human Oversight and Transparency

  • Human-in-the-Loop: We implement meaningful human oversight over all material aspects of our AI systems. Automated outputs are subject to review by qualified personnel to ensure accuracy, safety, and contextual relevance.

  • Explainability: Our systems are designed to be sufficiently transparent. We provide comprehensive documentation that enables our Enterprise customers to understand and explain the AI System’s functioning in accordance with Good Industry Practice.

  • 3. Data Integrity and Legal Compliance

  • Data Protection: We comply with all applicable global data protection legislation (including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA) regarding any personal, user, or device-identifiable information processed by our AI.

  • Licensing & Consent: Jungle Tech warrants that it has obtained and will continue to maintain all necessary consents, licenses, and permissions for the use of any training data utilized in our models.

  • Open Source Stewardship: We do not utilize Open Source Software in any manner that would require the disclosure, licensing, or distribution of a Customer’s Intellectual Property (IP) or impose any restrictive conditions on a Customer's right to use their own IP.

  • 4. Technical Safeguards and Accountability

  • Immediate Interruption ("Circuit-Breaker"): We have implemented a "circuit-breaker" mechanism within our Azure cloud environment. This capability allows for the immediate interruption and cessation of AI System operations upon a Customer’s valid instruction or the detection of a critical system anomaly.

  • Automatic Logging: All AI system operations enable the automatic recording of events (logs). This ensures full traceability, auditability, and accountability during the entire operational lifecycle.

  • 5. Rigorous Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Jungle Tech maintains a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) Plan and an Anti-Bias Assurance Plan. Our AI systems undergo continuous testing to:

  • Ensure performance consistency and technical robustness.

  • Identify, measure, and mitigate algorithmic bias or discriminatory outputs.

  • Validate the system against evolving legal requirements and industry best practices.

  • 6. Supplier Warranties to Enterprise Customers

  • Jungle Tech represents and warrants to its Customers that:

  • Our AI systems are trained and tested in accordance with rigorous industry standards.

  • We will provide evidence of compliance—including test logs, bias audits, and NIST alignment documentation—upon reasonable request.

  • We will proactively assist our Customers in complying with their specific legal and regulatory obligations related to the AI systems provided by Jungle Tech.

  • 7. Governance Roles

  • Executive Accountability: The CEO of Jungle Tech Corporation warrants the legal and ethical standing of all AI products and services.

  • Technical Enforcement: The Lead DevOps & Security Engineer maintains the technical logs, circuit-breaker mechanisms, and the secure quality assurance environment within Azure.
